The main program of the Corp is devoted to a regimen of calisthenics followed by lots of marching. The Dozen is a distilled version of said calisthenics exercises. The Daily Dozen is a great set of exercises for those who are new to working out. What happens, though, if the person wants to do more and has the time to do so? It’s also a good set of exercises to do when one hardly has the time to do a proper workout. Well, one can do the Dozen again in 2 or 6 more sets. On the other hand, one can add more exercises on top of the Dozen. This is exactly what Camp did for his members of the Senior Service Corps. He even had them step to the front, to the side, and to the back. What impressed me the most about these exercises is that, just like the Dozen, they are easy to learn and do.
