I have been doing a lot of research and found a fair amount of info and some very good pictures showing the feed lip differences and what it may take to modify the cheaper ones. I ordered 2 from gregcote that I should get today. Hawkmoon put me onto one at CDNN at $23.95, and I found for $22.95 for nickle and $21.95 for blue, both places had them in stock. The price, $34.95 for Armscor, is higher than at least two places I found for the unmodified MGP183817B. How does its price compare with the unmodified MecGar?Thanks Spyros, I tried to register with Armscor yesterday and seemed to just go in circles, but today when I attempted to login after your post ,I got in but have not followed your hints completely, so I didn't get to the mags and prices etc yet. Since the model number and designation of this mag is specific to the TCM pistol, I would assume that it has the necessary modifications in the lips. It's priced at $34.95, and unlike a few other items in there, it is NOT marked 'out of stock'.
The first item listed on the left in the menu that appears, is '54180 - MECGAR (FS TCM) 17 Round'.
